Those of you who read this blog regularly are familiar with the plight of a New Hampshire couple by the name of Ed and Elaine Brown, who were wrongly found guilty in absentia of tax evasion. There is now irrefutable proof that the IRS has never had the authority to collect income taxes or to imprison anyone who fails to file a 1040 income tax return.

Ed and Elaine Brown are aware of this and refusing to comply with an unjust court ruling which has found them guilty of income tax evasion and sentenced them in absentia to 63 months in prison. They are now hold up at their New Hampshire estate, armed and refusing to be taken alive. In seeing that the federal income tax is an out and out fraud, Ed and Elaines' battle has become the battle of the American people, since we will all benefit from the dissolution of the Internal Revenue Service and the privately held Federal Reserve Banking cartel.

The Congress knows that these two organizations are an outright fraud, so they need to defend them through the use of force, since there is no legal way in which they can do so. Congress is also looking at the loss of nearly a trillion dollars a year in federal income taxes, once the American people realize that there is no law requiring them to pay an income tax on their wages.

This is the most outrageous scandal to ever take place in this country since it affects every person who earns a living. And for this reason the US Media has not covered the Browns' situation. Only a few reporters from local TV stations in New Hampshire have bothered to cover the Browns' plight. However, their story is rapidly making its way over the Internet as more and more Americans learn of this outright fraud and realize that it has a direct implication to their own lives.

It's clear that as this happens there will be a much larger show down than the one that is being played out in New Hampshire at present, as the American people are forced to face off against the IRS, Federal Reserve Bank and US Congress.

There is too much at stake here for the American people if they don't so it has to happen. It is just a question of when.

Moreover, my money's on the American people, especially when one takes into consideration the amount of money that has been stolen from the American workforce over the past Century, by the counterfeiting and parasitic Federal Reserve Bank and IRS. We are talking about trillions of dollars here over the past Century.

This is a truly ugly situation which is only going to get worse over time. And all of the FEDS' machinations used to distract the public are not going to be enough anymore. There is no doubt in my mind that many of these FEDS will eventually quit their jobs and join us as they begin to realize that there is no way they are going to win this confrontation, and that the healthiest thing that we can all do for America is to abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS.

Their time is coming to an end, after the longest criminal run in United States history.
