As is typical of the "rotation" of EMF attacks on various members of my Family, the Spring/Summer months usually involve a more aggressive attack on my Mother, while the Fall/Winter months involve a more aggressive attack on my Father. This has resulted in both of my parents being hospitalized on more than one occasion, as the result of the electronic warfare attacks deployed against them via NSA signals intelligence satellite.

Are Chronically Ill Americans Being Targeted For Non Consensual Human Experimentation Without Their Knowledge?

As a target of directed energy weapons' attacks for nearly twenty years, and a chronic Lyme Disease patient for longer than that, this author has also wondered if, given the chronicity of their illnesses, many chronically ill patients are also unwittingly used by the U.S. Military Intelligence complex for non consensual human experimentation?

This would be done by the federal government with the understanding that these people will just conclude that the symptoms which they experience as the targets of such non consensual human experimentation, are instead, just symptoms being caused by the chronic illnesses that they have been diagnosed with.

This would give the federal government the plausible deniability which it requires to experiment on these people without ever being exposed for having done so.

Think about the millions of people within the United States alone, who suffer each year from a chronic illness, and how easily they could be used as non consensual experimentees for covert government programs; including those which concern furtive forms of mind control experimentation.

And the federal government does have complete access to the medical records of all American citizens.

Are The People Around You EEG Heterodyned?

As many Targeted Individuals have probably already surmised based on their own experiences as targets of EEG Heterodyning technology, the people whom they are surrounded by are also EEG Heterodyned.

This means that computer generated thoughts are being remotely implanted into the minds of the people surrounding TI's. Oftentimes, the thoughts that the TI's themselves are having, are remotely captured via the use of EEG Heterodyning, and then implanted into the minds of people around us.

This technology is so advanced, that the time it takes for a signals intelligence super computer to access and extract a particular thought from one person, and to then implant it into the mind of another person, is instantaneous, when both persons are being subjected to the EEG Heterodyning of their own brains.

As such, take a good look at the people in your community; your neighbors, police, postman, delivery persons - all are likely EEG Heterodyned.

And this explains the cohesiveness in organized stalking - another indication of the hive mentality which those who espouse a New World Order Communist government ideology, are seeking to achieve through their use of EEG Heterodyning on a global scale.

The following is an Internet message which was posted on Monday, April 15TH, 2013, shortly after the Boston Marathon bombing took place, claiming that the event was a false flag operation.

As it turns out, much of what this person predicted on April 15Th has now come true, including the information this person posted in regard to legislation pertaining to reloading powder.

In the above video the reloading powder is the subject of new legislation which would limit the amount of the substance that Americans can purchase for their guns, if this legislation is passed by Congress.

I work on a security commission and I've just received word to start campaigning on a campaign we've been working on for the last two months and now it all makes sense.

I'll keep it as short as I can.

They're going to pin this event on a male late teens to early 20s and say he did it because he's unstable. They are going to find firearms and a NRA book in his home. They are going to say he used reloading powder for the explosion and that reloading powder shouldn't be for sale to the public.

They are then going to say that because the powder in the ammunition can be used for explosions that the number of rounds you can buy should be limited and taxed to help pay for these events.

I can't do anything or I'll lose my job and possibly face criminal charges. Please don't let them get away with it. They won't find the suspect till later this week and the raid is issued to occur on Friday. This was a staged event. The people hurt are real, but the event was planned.
