The following is an excerpt from CIA asset, Dr. Jose Delgado's monograph regarding controlling the human mind through two way transdermal exploration of the brain. This arcane methodology involved the following.

2. "Long-term electrical stimulation of the brain to influence autonomic, somatic, and behavior responses or to provide information directly to the brain circumventing normal sensory receptors;
3. "Communication from the brain to computer and back to the brain, for the establishment of artificial intracerebral links and feedback circuits;
4. "Clinical applications to humans for 'on demand' programs of stimulation, triggered by predetermined electrical pattern."

The Church Committee Hearings which were presided over by Idaho Senator, Frank Church in the 1970's, were conducted in order to establish a much needed system of checks and balances within the U.S. Intelligence community; a system of accountability that has always been absent from the U.S. Military-Intelligence complex.
Senator Church's investigation concluded that not only was this intelligence community desperately in need of reform, but that given its sophisticated spy technology, in the wrong hands, the National Security Agency could easily be used to turn the United States into a military-intelligence dictatorship.
The Church Committee's analysis absolutely terrified the hierarchy within the U.S. Military-Intelligence complex, to the point where they have made certain that no further investigations of this community of domestic spies has been able to take place. Even though their spy technology has become far more sophisticated and invasive to American privacy since Frank Church last investigated U.S. Intel, and their domestic spying and violations of the U.S. Bill of Rights, far more outrageous than ever before.
It's been more than 35 years since the last major investigation of the U.S. Intelligence community has taken place, and the U.S. Congress has done everything possible to ensure that no modern day investigation of U.S. Intel is forthcoming.
Even though such an investigation is now of greater import than that of the original Church Committee Hearings.
And who loses out because of this? The American people do, when the U.S. Intelligence community is able to get away with deploying spy technologies against us which are in clear violation of our inherent rights to privacy and due process of law under the United States Bill of Rights.
On November 18Th, 1978 the world awoke to the horrors of the Jonestown massacre and one of the greatest deceptions in human history. The American media was reporting that the Reverend Jim Jones had forced roughly 900 (American) members of his cult to commit suicide, and shown the absolute carnage that ensued after he had given them cyanide laced cups of Kool-Aid to consume.
However, what the media did not report was that almost every one of these 900 members of the People's Temple cult were targets of a CIA MKULTRA program, and had been shot through the back of their heads, execution style, after refusing to drink the cyanide laced Kool-Aid.
Moreover, when Jones was a child, his father had been active within the Klu Klux Klan, which exposed the younger Jones to the darker side of human nature. And this would turn out to have a very significant and tragic affect on Jones as well as most of his followers.
To anyone who's familiar with the Central Intelligence Agency's MKULTRA mind control research, the Jonestown massacre is simply so typical of the CIA's covert operations, that it quite literally demands to be independently investigated.
And over the years that's exactly what has happened, with many Americans now believing that the CIA's MKULTRA mind control research program was involved with the deaths of more than 900 people, in addition to an American Congressman by the name of Leo Ryan.
While there have been a great number of issues independently investigated regarding the Jonestown mass murders -- issues which the mainstream U.S. media was either never told about, or conveniently chose to omit from their coverage of this tragic story - there is one issue regarding the Jonestown massacre which so typifies the CIA's chronic paranoia and need to murder those whom the agency deems to be powerful enough to expose some aspect of its criminal operations, that it literally cries out to be exposed.
In 1974 out of frustration at Congresses' inability to properly oversee the U.S. Intelligence community, two then Democratic members of Congress, Senator Harold E. Hughes and Congressman Leo Ryan, drafted the Hughes-Ryan Act as an amendment to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
The Hughes-Ryan Act required that the President of the United States report any covert Intelligence operations to a Congressional oversight committee within a specified period of time. Hughes also saw this Act as a means of limiting the covert operations being carried out by the U.S Military Intelligence complex, as well as National Security Agency agents who might be operating without having the President's full knowledge or approval of what they were doing.
Hughes would retire from Congress in 1974. However, his co-sponsor of the Hughes-Ryan Act would stay in office for several more years, only to become the first active member of Congress to be murdered while in the line of duty, when he was gunned down In Jonestown, Guyana by members of the "People's Temple Cult," after attempting to negotiate the release of more than 900 hostages.
Suspiciously enough, the Hughes-Ryan Act would be replaced shortly after his death, with the 1980 Intelligence Oversight Act.
It was the latter, which would amend the Hughes-Ryan Act that required United States government agencies to report covert actions to as many as eight oversight committees, and ultimately only authorize two committees (The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence) to oversee these agencies.
While Senator Hughes retired from Congress in 1974, Leo Ryan was still active and would most certainly have fought any attempts to amend the Hughes-Ryan Act, since the 1980 Intelligence Oversight Act would undermine what Ryan and Senator Hughes had drafted in the original amendment.
There's no question that the U.S. Intelligence community, and in particular the CIA, were threatened by both Hughes and Ryans' attempts to place checks and balances on this community.
Moreover, this agency would certainly need to remove them if it were to reduce the level of oversight that carefully monitored the CIA's covert operations; not to mention putting an end to its covert drug trafficking operations, and myriad other crimes that the CIA continues to be notorious for in the present day.
With Hughes' retirement from Congress, he no longer posed a threat to the CIA.
However, Ryan was still an active member of Congress at the time of his death, and most certainly would not have stood idly by while the Hughes-Ryan Act was passed over by the later and less effective Intelligence Oversight Act, which would only serve to undermine the work of both Hughes and Ryan.
In fact, more than thirty years since his death, Leo Ryan remains the only U.S. Congressman ever to be murdered while still an active member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Moreover, in his book "Mass Control - Engineering Human Consciousness," the late author, Jim Keith (who died after having written this book in what was likely plausibly deniable murder) interviewed a CIA mind control subject by the name of Dan Harr, who claimed that Congressman Ryan was murdered by the CIA, because Ryan knew that Jonestown was a CIA, MK-ULTRA operation.
Harr also told Jim Keith that the Jonestown Temple cult was in fact comprised of MK-ULTRA targets who were shot to death, execution style, to cover up the fact that this cult was financed by the CIA.
He also stated that the heads of the Branch Davidian group in WACO, Texas, were MK-ULTRA targets, as was Ruby Ridge's Randy Weaver.
Harr also refers to the specific mind control programming that the Jonestown murder victims were targeted for, as a program called "Project Clear Eyes," and that this program also produces violent mind control personalities who will be used in future events which oftentimes involve acts of terrorism.
Harr also told Keith that Ruby Ridge's Randy Weaver and several members of WACO's Branch Davidian Church were mind controlled operatives who had been brainwashed using "Project Clear Eyes."
The reader should also consider the following information in regard to the Jonestown massacre, which was also included in Jim Keith's book: "MASS CONTROL - Engineering Human Consciousness."
"It is alleged that one of Jones' earliest sources of financing for his work was Rabbi Maurice Davis, who provided him a church in Indianapolis. Davis was on the board of the American Family Foundation, the founding group for the Cult Awareness Network, and worked as a chaplain at the National Institute for Mental Health's infamous Lexington Addiction Research Center, where MKULTRA research had been done.
Jones moved his growing fellowship to Ukiah, California, where reports from the disaffected from his group said that behavior modification experiments were performed on the congregation. According to People's Temple researcher Michael Meiers:
'Early Temple experiments in sensory deprivation are not well documented, but it is known that Jones imparted his expertise to Donald Defreeze, who utilized the technique to brainwash Patricia Hearst.'"

"The Jones' group also infiltrated and took over the Mendocino State Hospital as part of a government pilot project to evaluate the feasibility of deinstitutionalizing mental patients. After a reduction in state funding for psychiatric institutions, most of the patients at Mendocino were released into the custody of the Peoples' Temple.
In 1971, The People's Temple relocated to San Francisco, where Jones and many of his followers are said to have smoothly integrated as part of the Jerry Brown political machine.
Jones became the head of the San Francisco Housing Commission, and used the city welfare department to recruit members for the People's Temple.
Among the most important of Jones' supporters were the Layton family, whose head, Dr. Lawrence Laird Layton, had relocated to America from Germany after WW II. Layton had worked on the Manhattan Project, as was Chief of Chemical and Ecological Warfare Research, at Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah, where army LSD research was carried out.
Layton's wife Eva, had worked for the CIA at Berkeley University. According to Dr. Colin Ross,' ... her job at the library was to keep track of all the left-wing literature taken out of the library and the names of the people who took those books out and to report that to the CIA.'"
Another home for Jones' flock was setup in Guyana at the former site of the Shalom Project, allegedly a CIA training camp for the guerillas to be used in operations between 1973 and 1975.
Jones received assistance from the U.S. embassy in Georgetown, Guyana which was also the headquarters for the CIA in the area. It has been alleged that all of the members of the Georgetown embassy were agents of the CIA.
At Georgetown, children were kept in line with electric cattle prods. When Congressman Leo Ryan attempted to investigate Jonestown, members of the U.S. embassy attempted to prevent him. This was finally left up to Jones' followers.
The Jonestown deaths were the ultimate in 'assisted suicides.'
According to the officiating pathologist in Guyana 80 - 90% of the victims had been shot or strangled. Orders were sent to U.S. military officials by an aide to national security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski to remove 'all politically sensitive papers and forms of identification from the bodies.'
Jim Jones may have survived the destruction of the People's Temple compound. The body identified as being Jim Jones was so decomposed as to be unidentifiable, although it is reported that the corpse did not have Jones' distinctive chest tattoos.
Examining the evidence, the conclusion is simple, inevitable: Jonestown was a project of U.S. intelligence agencies and the psychiatric establishment, and the mass murders or suicides there probably took place to cover that fact up.

Given these facts, the following question should be asked:
In understanding the CIA's covert involvement in the Jonestown massacre, and its concern that Congressman Leo Ryan was poking around in the agency's own backyard, was the CIA also responsible for orchestrating the Congressman's murder?
In this author's opinion, the circumstantial evidence surrounding the murder of Leo Ryan overwhelmingly suggests that Ryan was in fact murdered by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, in order to end his attempts to investigate the CIA and other intelligence agencies.
Moreover, by drafting the Hughes-Ryan Act - which called for checks and balances to be used on the U.S. Intelligence community - Congressman Ryan had attempted to make these agencies accountable for their actions and the crimes which they to this very day continue to perpetrate under the color of law and cover of National Security.
Furthermore, the U.S. Intelligence community's crimes have become so rampant, that they simply can't afford to have an independent investigation of their own organizations being conducted.
This is the reason why they sabotaged the reelection campaign of former representative Cynthia McKinney, because McKinney had drafted legislation to conduct a modern day version of the Church Committee hearings on the U.S. Intelligence community, which would have resulted in further legislation in which to restore the checks and balances needed in which to make this Intelligence community accountable for their crimes.
Also consider the propaganda that was used in which to demonize McKinney with the public, after what can only be referred to as a minor altercation. An altercation which the media was used to intentionally blow completely out of proportion in efforts to destroy Ms. McKinney's chances at being reelected.
This negative propaganda may have also accomplished something for the Intel community that few if any of McKinney's constituents may have considered -- The ability to give the Intel community the opportunity to rig the election in which she was a candidate, with plausible deniability, since the public was so focused on the negative buzz which had resulted from the "shoving incident" that they were not at all surprised when she lost the election.
However, had this incident not occurred, McKinney's constituents would have definitely suspected that something may have been done to adversely influence the election if she had lost, given her popularity up until the time of the shoving incident.
So was McKinney intentionally provoked by this security guard in order to antagonize her into a situation which would make headlines? And as a prelude to the Intel community's rigging of the election McKinney was running in, in order to remove her from the U.S. House of Representatives?
Furthermore, when McKinney was defeated, the U.S. Intel community no longer had to concern themselves with the legislation that she was attempting to pass regarding an investigation into their black operations. Moreover, the Congress was just as relieved since they no longer had to face the prospect of conducting an investigation which would have definitely made them many enemies within the U.S. Intel camp.
Something that no politician in the United States wants to deal with.
Especially after the testimony of former Texas madam, Robin Head, who's implicated both the CIA and FBI in conducting Brownstone operations (prostitution-blackmail stings), in order to gain compromising information on U.S. politicians, which the FBI and CIA can then use in order to blackmail them.
Along with Operation Swordfish, another black operation in which FBI and DEA agents went into the drug trafficking business for profit, under the guise of setting up a drug sting, Brownstone operations are typical of the black op's which define the FBI, CIA and the rest of the Intel community in this country, as an upper echelon level of organized crime.
Moreover, had McKinney succeeded in getting her resolution passed, it would have allowed for an extensive investigation into such organizations and their crimes, including but not limited to the FBI, CIA, NSA and Department Of Homeland Security. All of whom have a tremendous amount to hide from the public.
Anyone with a functioning mind can see that Cynthia McKinney was the target of a criminal conspiracy, since once she was out of the way, the U.S. Congress removed her bill from consideration as soon as they reconvened for their new term.
Another instance in which instead of protecting the inherent rights of the American people, the United States Congress and CIA controlled media system in America have intentionally acted in concert to obstruct justice, by preventing a legitimate and desperately needed investigation into a community that has become little more than a collective of domestic spies and covert terrorists.
America's middle class continues to be treated like slave labor, while the ultra wealthy Anglo-Zionist elite class in this country benefit by the Rothschilds' furtive form of taxation without legitimate representation - The Internal Revenue Service - which is used in order to conduct a covert form of class warfare on the American middle class.
The IRS was designed with this ultra wealthy class in mind. Specifically, the organization was created so that the Rothschilds could impose a secret form of class warfare on America's middle class. However, if only the middle class was taxed, they would have rebelled against the U.S. Federal Government. So this system of taxation was superficially imposed on the entire working class in the United States with the following caveats:
Those who make a tremendous amount of money can take advantage of loopholes in the IRS' tax code under the concept of tax avoidance - in other words tax write-offs that only the wealthy are able to avail themselves of. The more money you earn, the less in federal income tax you pay.
Moreover, if you amass the types of gluttonous fortunes that a *Bill Gates or Warren Buffet have, you can then avail yourselves of what is perhaps the most brilliant tax con of all - the charitable trust - a concept which allows the owner of such a fortune to maintain control of it by making bequests which on the surface appear to be legitimate. A certain amount of the money is used for charitable contributions, in order to qualify for this tax dodge, while the bulk of these fortunes is squirreled away from the public eye so that society never really knows where the rest of this money is allocated.
* To put the House of Rothschilds' wealth into perspective, the entire Rothschild fortune is said to have surpassed 500 trillion dollars!
However, even the portion of these trusts which is used for such publicly made bequests, always conforms to the furtive agenda of the benefactor.
The rest of America's working class - its middle class - is subjected to very serious penalties for tax evasion if they refuse to file a 1040 income tax return, even though Title 26 of the IRS tax code clearly states that paying a tax on one's wages is voluntary compliance - which means that you don't have to pay a federal income tax on your wages if you decide not to.
When the "We The People" tax amnesty group proved that Title 26 of the IRS tax code does not authorize the IRS to impose a federal income tax on the wages of the American workforce, the IRS then claimed that the 16Th Amendment to the United States Constitution empowers it to impose this tax.
However, when a former IRS investigator by the name of Bill Benson travelled to the 48 continguous U.S. States and compiled more than 17,000 pages of documentation which conclusively proves that the 16Th Amendment was never ratified by the 75% of the U.S. States needed in which to pass the 16Th Amendment into law, Benson was censured by a judge, who ordered him to refrain from circulating the proof he had obtained, that the IRS is imposing an illegal tax on the the America people's wages!
So why are American citizens going to prison for failing to file a 1040 income tax return, when it has already been proven that the IRS is operating criminally, and imposing a tax that it has no authority to impose?
Moreover, as part of this agenda in which to enslave the American middle class, according to former NSA employee and government whistleblower, John St. Clair Akwei, by the early 1980's the National Security Agency had for all intents and purposes been used to turn the United States into a shadow dictatorship; with the NSA developing and implementing a national brain fingerprinting program which has secretly been imposed on the American people, and by way of the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.
This is what happens when the checks and balances which were implemented by our founding fathers in their creation of a constitutional government, are removed, while the government is then allowed to completely overrun its people, egregiously disregarding their inherent rights as citizens.

Many individuals who've for one reason or another stumbled across a criminal act that was perpetrated by their own government, are often accused of being paranoid as well as conspiracy theorists. And is it any wonder, since in quite a number of instances their claims are, at least on the surface outlandish.
However, when one delves more deeply into investigating these claims, more times than not they will find that there's more than a hint of truth in what such conspiracy theorists are saying.
The reality of this situation is that the covert organizations which operate within most countries and are sold to the public as intelligence communities, are in fact both domestic as well as international spy organizations, which most often use front organizations in which to conceal their crimes from the public, as well as to furtively infiltrate society.
The U.S. National Security Agency is perhaps the best example of such an organization, given its once nearly invisible nature. An organization whose existence is based on its spying on the citizenry of the United States in a three prong method, which includes: Signals Intelligence, Human Intelligence and Domestic Intelligence.
Even though the NSA is expressly forbidden from spying on Americans by its own legislative charter, in addition to Directive 18, which is often referred to by insiders at the agency as the NSA Bible.
However, until the Bush 43 Administration was exposed for using the NSA in which to spy on this Administration's own perceived enemies, most Americans had never heard of the National Security Agency.
However, since Bush 43 was exposed for using the NSA to spy on its critics, the NSA has now become a household term.
In 2006, a former NSA agent with top security clearance, by the name of Russell Tice, described the NSA as an organization of completely demoralized agents who were afraid to challenge the NSA's hierarchy, out of fear that these agents would find themselves stripped of their security clearances, ostracized by their fellow workers, and relegated to a no man's land section of the NSA where they were paid to just sit around and do nothing, while being psychologically abused by fellow employees.
This is what happened to Russell Tice after he challenged his superiors in regard to crimes that the NSA has been committing against an unwitting American public.
Moreover, Tice was about to blow the whistle on some major scandal that the NSA was involved in when the FBI began using its intimidation tactics in which to prevent him from testifying before the United States Congress.
The revelations which Tice was about to share with the public included crimes which the former NSA agent stated would shock the American people.
Once again, the role the FBI played here was to obstruct justice, by preventing Russell Tice from testifying to crimes that the NSA is in the commission of perpetrating against the American citizenry.
It is this author's opinion, that Tice was going to expose the NSA's use of satellite based electromagnetic weapons on the American public, and quite possibly even corroborate what John St. Clair Akwei has already promulgated regarding the NSA's use of a Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, in which to electronically catalogue the unique set of bioelectric resonance-entrainment frequencies for each American citizen's brain.
An electronic form of wireless brain fingerprinting which relies on both electroencephalography (EEG) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology. Something which this author has been subjugated to for decades as an NSA satellite prisoner; used for wireless computer to brain interface - a form of non consensual human experimentation - while experiencing the most precedent setting and egregious violations of my inherent rights under the U.S. Bill of Rights.
As in the case of John St. Clair Akwei, this author's Family members are also brain-tapped, yet refuse to admit it, out of fear that there will be severe consequences if they corroborate what the FBI and NSA have subjected this author to; as well as the Intel community's egregious violations of their own Constitutional rights. It is such intimidation tactics which have historically enabled the U.S. Military- Intelligence complex to commit these crimes without ever being held accountable for them, since most of their victims are too terrified to speak out, fearing retribution by a community of agents who believe that they are above the Constitutional rule of law.
And while there's little doubt that many of the people who operate from within the intelligence community may have entered this specialized field with the intention of doing good work and making positive contributions to society, they have since become little more than high- tech criminals - the direct result of the elite powers of the world operating under the House of Rothschilds' Illuminati crime syndicate, who were quick to take control of these organizations, in order to gain access to their clandestine technology.
The result of such machinations is that organizations that should have been used to protect our nations, have instead been completely perverted for the House of Rothschilds' own criminal utilization. A very controlling and evil people whom like the Rothschilds, enjoy harming others, while seeking a collective rationale for doing so. There are most certainly a great number of such men and women to be found within the global intelligentsia.
And those operating within such organizations like the NSA, FBI and CIA continue to display such psychotic behavior, with their inhumane operations and complete lack of judicial oversight, since it becomes easier for our so called leadership to ignore the fact that these organizations are perpetrating such heinous crimes, rather than to acknowledge that what they are doing is truly evil.
As someone who's experienced first hand, the absolute evil that the United States Military-Industrialist-Intelligence complex is capable of, this author will never again be able to see the United States as I once did. I say this because I have learned that the United States Federal Government has used a series of perpetual untruths to mask its culpability in some of the most outrageous crimes ever documented.
America's persona as the bright and shining light of the free world is as fraudulent as the Nazi's excuse for torturing and murdering millions of Jews under the guise of medical experimentation, during the Holocaust.
In the modern day, to be a truly well educated American citizen means to eschew the veil of lies that this government has fed us since the time that we were children.
American history books are replete with more fabrications than one can count; lies so extensive that they have completely altered the landscape of our American Constitutional Republic.
The United States of America was founded as a Constitutional Republic and remained so up until the midst of the 19Th Century, when the House of Rothschild used their minions in which to infiltrate our federal government; those politicians who've since been used to convince us that the United States was founded as a Democratic republic, when in fact, it never was. However that was not what America was created to be. And the truth is that a democracy is a terrible form of government where the majority rules the minority.

A situation in which the U.S. Congress was tricked into giving up its Constitutional authority to coin and regulate the value of American currency, while the Rothschilds used their new found authority in the United States in order to secretly overthrow the U.S. Federal Government, while using their Federal Reserve Communist central bank in which to furtively manipulate the U.S. economy, in efforts to destroy the American middle classes' wealth.
