If The U.S. Federal Government Denies The Existence Of Electronic Warfare Technology Why Has Michigan Passed A Law Against The Use Of These Weapons?
Editor's Note: Earlier today, a Family member of this author reports that while driving their vehicle, they noticed a rattling sound coming from under the automobile. Upon closer inspection, the bolt which was screwed on to one of the control arms had loosened up considerably. This may be coincidence, however, given the history of the FBI-NSA tamperings with other vehicles owned by Family members, including this author's own automobile, this tampering may have been done deliberately, in order to cause a driver of this vehicle to lose control of it, which may have resulted in serious injuries or fatalities.
Many targets of non consensual human experimentation as well as their own Family members, have reported a myriad of such tamperings with their automobiles; all done in efforts to cause the targets of such crimes the financial burden of having these vehicles repaired. Or even worse, causing accidents which may result in the deaths of the targeted persons. The death a few years ago, regarding a world renown homeopathic physician by the name of Ananda Zaren, was likely the result of such tamperings. Zaren was driving her Porsche Caymen when the car suddenly veered to the right and ran off a cliff. Zaren would die a few days later of injuries which she sustained in the crash.
Ananda Zaren's contributions to the world of alternative medicine are considerable, and she had many friends as a result of such contributions. However, Ananda also made a number of very powerful enemies within the American Medical Association (an inherently corrupt organization from its inception), which may have been why she found herself suddenly targeted for non consensual human experimentation - as well as the vigilante hate crime of organized stalking; a crime committed by a national network of criminals which can involve the use of entire communities in which to perpetrate these hate crimes.
A phenomenon, which based on the reports of thousands of targets of organized stalking, appears to be a standard adjunct used against the target of such inhuman experimentation as the covert forms of mind control research presently being conducted by the National Security Agency, as well as other Intelligence organizations.
In the following passage, yet another of the myriad of targets of NSA wireless computer to brain interface technology, describes what it is like to be subjected to the remote reading and manipulation of one's thoughts via the electromagnetic spectrum. A crime the NSA has been committing against American citizens (including this author) since the early 1980's.
And which must be considered a modern day - and far more sophisticated - version of the CIA's MKULTRA mind control experimentation program of the 1950's. A program which had 149 subprojects, of which very little is known, as the direct result of former CIA head, Richard Helms' order to destroy the records regarding MKULTRA.
Had it not been for the *Family of Dr. Frank Olsen, a government scientist who was covertly murdered by the CIA after his disapproval of some of the torture methods which the Agency had developed, nothing at all would be known about MKULTRA.
*Attorneys for the Olsen Family uncovered about sixteen thousand pages of documents regarding MKULTRA and its subprojects, before Helms had been able to orchestrate the destruction of the majority of documents which involved MKULTRA.
These remaining documents are indicative of the nefarious crimes which the CIA has been involved in since its inception.
In the present day, similar atrocities are being perpetrated by way of the NSA's national brain fingerprinting program, and the Agency's use of its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, in which to track by electronic means, the unique brain fingerprint of any American citizen of interest.
From the accounts of many citizens (including this author), the NSA is not just using its Signals Intelligence operations for illegally spying on American citizens, but in fact, using the technology in which to experiment on these citizens, which qualifies as non consensual human experimentation. Something that since the end of World War II has become strictly prohibited by the Nuremberg Code and the Geneva Convention.
In doing so, the NSA has also violated its own legislative charter under Directive 18 of the Agency's bylaws, which prohibits the NSA from spying in the United States.
This is why whistle blowers like John St. Clair Akwei and Russell Tice, both of whom were once employed by the NSA, have become targeted for neutralization and stalked by the FBI in efforts to force their silence.
So much for our right to privacy under the 4Th Amendment and our right to due process of law under the 6Th Amendment. We have become a nation of unwitting slaves of the NSA's wireless brain scanning technology, and subjects of the House of Rothschilds' shadow dictatorship in America, and their Zionist world government agenda.
So is it any wonder why the American people can never get a straight answer from a politician in this country since the false flag attacks on 9-11-2001 took place? Or why the thousands of citizens from across the United States who are being targeted for non consensual human experimentation - and who've attempted to obtain help from the U.S. Congress in ending this torture - have been completely ignored, and instead subjected to the vigilante hate crime of organized stalking?
The answer should be clear enough - this is not our government any longer.
"FBI and NSA agents who are part of a secret U.S. society are with a high degree of probability sociopaths and psychopaths who work as hit men, torturers, sexual abusers, stalkers, slanderers, and agent provocateurs - involved in murders and torture of hundreds of thousands of innocent US citizens for years and years. Cointelpro, COunter-INTELligence-PROgram, units make available at times and employ top secret technology.
With this point only a part of the whole synthetic telepathy, espionage trainees, sociopaths, sadomasochistic torturers, slanderers, experimenters, and spies, are employed in order to avoid developing any sympathy for their targeted victims, deliberately avoiding actually feeling the emotions of their victims by following the squiggly EEG or Electroencephalograph lines on computer monitor screens, as well as the silent words thought by their victims which also appear on the computer monitor screens.
Then again, who can feel all of the emotions and thoughts which any given person has undergone every second of their entire lifetime?
Operators can broadcast the emotions and silent words of the victims of synthetic telepathy against the victim's will, to anyone the synthetic telepathy torturers choose. They also have the power to block or censor any emotions and words of their victims which they do not want to be broadcast.
The synthetic telepathy spies can also place their own criminal or antisocial, negative emotions and words into their victims by means of subliminal, subconscious, remote control microwave brainwashing technology.
They can change the voice behind their words so as to make it appear that it is the targeted victim and not perpetrators who are communicating by means of synthetic telepathy, clearly explained by today's technologies. They can also *store emotions and silently thought words onto a supercomputer memory bank which they can rebroadcast at a later time."
* Editor's Note: The thoughts of any person targeted for wireless computer to brain interface remote thought reading (synthetic telepathy) can be cloned and electronically implanted into the mind of another person when the information is broadcast at the precise frequency of the targeted person's brain.
Former NSA operative John St. Clair Akwei has documented this abuse by the NSA of its Signals Intelligence technology, in the lawsuit which he filed against the NSA in 1992. A lawsuit which the U.S. Federal Government is hell-bent on preventing the U.S. Courts from ever hearing for obvious enough reasons.
