Editor's Note: Since 2001, the FBI has been using the Patriot Act in which to perpetrate its extortionate operations, by blackmailing citizens into remaining silent in regard to crimes that they witness the FBI committing against other American citizens. The FBI also uses such extortionate means in which to fabricate testimony (suborning of witness perjury) against those citizens whom the Bureau targets for its notorious COINTELPRO operations; criminal operations which the FBI continues to conduct in the present day.

Since 2005, the FBI has orchestrated the deletion of several of this author's Websites, as well as attempting to get this blog taken down on myriad occasions. When the FBI failed to do so, they began a vicious smear campaign against this author, based on some outrageous falsehoods, while the Bureau attempted to obscure its own precedent setting violations of this author's Constitutional rights.

Now in total frustration at their failed and criminal attempts in which to silence my person, the FBI is fabricating information in regard to this author which the Bureau knows to be false, while attempting to cover up the fact that under its clandestine signals intelligence program, the National Security Agency secretly brain fingerprinted the American population in the early 1980's, and since that time has been using its *Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network in which to electronically target and track the unique EMF fields which emanate from our own bodies.

By doing so, the NSA has destroyed the American people's rights to privacy under the Bill of Rights 4TH Amendment - A high crime of treason.

And further evidence that the secret FISA Court which Americans have been told was created as judicial oversight for such domestic spying (by agencies which are forbidden by their own legislative charters from spying domestically), is nothing but a figurehead with no real authority. Especially since the Reagan Administration passed an *executive order which empowered the U.S. Intelligence Community with the most unconstitutional authority to spy domestically in the history of the United States.

*Executive Order 12331, was passed by the Reagan Administration in October of 1981, and at about the same time that former NSA employee John St. Clair Akwei has stated that the NSA began utilizing its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, in which to track the unique EMF field which surrounds the body of each American citizen. EO 12331 was supposed to have been repealed by a later executive order in 1985, however, it is quite apparent from the experiences of John St. Clair Akwei, as well as this author and myriad other American citizens who've reported being used for some form of government sanctioned non consensual human experimentation, that EO 12331 is still being secretly enforced by the U.S. Intelligence community.

In other words, the NSA under its House Of Rothschild Zionist leadership, has taken the next step in the Rothschild's plan for a global dictatorship, by electronically branding American citizens as though we were heads of cattle.

A scandal which is so outrageous, that these criminals can only promulgate smear campaigns against those whom they have committed these terrible crimes against, rather than admit to having done so, and then being subjected to the penalties under U.S. Law for committing such high crimes of treason.
