The Dangers One Takes In Watching A Movie Or Other Broadcast -- What You Don't Know About Mind Control Programming Can Kill You -- The 25TH Frame

Editor's Note: Recently, I noticed that Intel has posted certain Websites with this author's name as yet another form of psychological operations. Once the Internet surfer attempts to access such Websites they're immediately told that their computer has been given a virus.

However, I have been to these sites and have found no ill effects to my computer, even though I was told that the computer was infected with a virus. A computer that is affected with such a virus normally immediately begins malfunctioning; and if not immediately it certainly can do so within a few days. However my computer (at least until this point) has been operating fine.

The virus message also prevents you from entering the site, which appears to only exist as another piece of Intel's hate campaign against this author. The site likely contains only the few words found in the search engine text, and nothing more.

I have seen similar Intel attacks in regard to other victims of COINTELPRO. This is being done in which to limit our ability in which to document the crimes we are being subjected to by the Intel community, while Intel is free to demonize and dehumanize us, acting with complete disregard for the Constitutional rule of law.

Once again, there is absolutely nothing legal in what the Intel community is doing here, regardless of their claims. If they were operating legally there'd be no need for them to use such psychological warfare operations, or illegal entrapment schemes. However, deception is the Intel community's reason for existing. And is always has been.

Moreover, there are many different ways in which an agency like the FBI can prevent someone from entering the Website of a COINTELPRO target. Oftentimes the person will not reach the Website on the first try, being shown the typical screen which states that the Website is unavailable, only to move on to another site. This when if the person had attempted to enter the site on the second try, they'd have been able to do so without a problem.

This subtle sabotage is done in order to give Intel the plausible denial they need in which to say that they are not blocking the Website, when in reality they are still tampering with it.

However, subtle or not, this is still an attempt by Intel to limit the First Amendment rights of those whom they are targeting for COINTELPRO.

The Intel community is also notorious for claiming that many of these Websites contain spyware which will be installed on a visitor's computer. However, this is normally just another Intel ruse in which to prevent those intending on visiting such sites and reading about the crimes these agencies perpetrate, from doing so. Moreover, if spyware is being installed on the computers of those who visit any of these sites, it is a sure bet that it's an Intel agency like the FBI or NSA that is installing this malevolent software. And not the Webmaster of the site.

One cannot begin to comprehend the level of criminality that these federal agents are capable of until they have been targeted for a COINTELPRO operation. These agents are so criminal that they make the Mafia look like honorable country gentleman. They simply attack every aspect of your life in an attempt to wear you down psychologically. They attack your Family and friends in a similar yet less aggressive manner, while violating (in every sense of the word) the inherent rights of all involved.

When you are tough enough mentally to endure these attacks (which take place on a daily basis and can last for decades), Intel, by then in total frustration, begins a campaign in which to dehumanize you, by referring to you in the most derogatory of ways. This sick mindset is typical of the Intel community, its Draconian operations, and its total lack of humanity. These agents are predators who torture their victims, then dehumanize the victims when they refuse to acquiesce to such an abject attack on their basic human rights.

Those targeted by Intel for non consensual human experimentation are particularly vulnerable to such attacks, since this community of evil minded reprobates can ill afford to have the public learning about the hellish crimes which they commit by way of classified weaponry - often deployed via satellite arrays like the NSA's Echelon.

It is clearly these Intel agents who are operating criminally and despicably. And the fact that those of us who've been able to survive such inhumanity long enough to write about it, remains a testament to the indomitable human spirit that the Satan worshiping and soulless Illuminati remain intent on destroying. Those who have controlled the Intelligence community in the United States since its inception.



Mind Control At The Movies
The human mind can be adversely affected by a myriad of stimuli including what people watch on TV or see in a movie theatre. For years, rumour's had it that members of the CIA will not allow their own children to watch Television because of all the dangerous subliminal messaging used in such programming.

Several years ago, a large number of Japanese children were watching a TV program when they began to suffer seizures, the result of such subliminal programming. The collective governments of our respective countries have many interests on their world government agenda, not the least of which is how to manipulate our minds so that we obey them while surrendering our own natural instincts for survival.

One must wonder if the term coined by the Russians in which to describe the subliminal attack on the mind of a computer user (the term is known as "The 25TH Frame Effect) is also applicable to the Television programs and movies which many Americans view?

Knowledge is the only thing that can save us from the Illuminati. However, until enough citizens recognize that there is a very powerful and insidious group of people who are intent on destroying our ability to think for ourselves, they will continue to be used as little more than the human version of unwitting lab animals, who will be used and abused by those whose history is that of eugenics and genocide.


THE 25TH FRAME

This noise may manifest itself in the form of signals, messages, images, or other items of information. The main target of this noise would be the consciousness of a person or a group of people. Solntsev concludes that all levels of a person’s psyche (subconscious, conscious, and “superconscious”) are potential targets for destabilization."

"According to Solntsev, one computer virus capable of affecting a person’s psyche is Russian Virus 666. It manifests itself in every 25th frame of a visual display, where it produces a combination of colors that allegedly put computer operators into a trance. The subconscious perception of the new pattern eventually results in arrhythmia of the heart. Other Russian computer specialists, not just Solntsev, talk openly about this “25th frame effect” and its ability to subtly manage a computer user’s perceptions. The purpose of this technique is to inject a thought into the viewer’s subconscious. It may remind some of the subliminal advertising controversy in the United States in the late 1950s."
