The FBI Continues To Obstruct Justice By Obfuscating The Facts Behind 9-11 -- Further Proof That The FBI Has Always Been Nothing But A Masquerade

Why The U.S. Intel Community Must Be Abolished

In a day and age where satellite based technologies can be used by federal agencies like the NSA and FBI, in which to completely obliterate the privacy of the average citizen, so much so, that even the private thoughts of that citizen can be electronically stolen from them without their knowledge, and certainly without their consent, the American people are faced with a crisis that is almost unfathomable.

Especially since your average American citizen (and for that matter most of the citizens on this planet) have absolutely no idea that the FBI or NSA can so egregiously invade their privacy through such advanced forms of super computer driven satellite predation.

This situation is only made more complex since these alphabet agencies afford their own agents a nearly sacrosanct anonymity in committing such crimes under the color of law and cover of national security.

Simply put, these men and women are free to commit their crimes behind the cloak of secrecy that these agencies afford them; many of whom eventually move on to the private sector for placement in lucrative positions within the U.S. Industrial complex.

There are myriad agents who've committed such crimes as they went through that revolving door known as the U.S. Intelligence community, but perhaps none more guilty of them than a former FBI agent by the name of Richard Held, who took part in many COINTELPRO operations during his tenure at the FBI; operations which involved the murders of American activists. Held eventually went into the private sector landing a very lucrative job as head of security for Visa International.

The point here is that the FBI and other agencies which have a history of operating completely outside the Constitutional rule of law have been given an absurd amount of authority, with absolutely no accountability for how they use it.

They have a very disturbing history of victimizing Americans, which includes the torture and murder of many, yet are rarely if ever made to account for such crimes committed under the color of law.

Making matters worse is that neither the U.S. Congress nor the Department Of Justice hold these agencies or their agents responsible for such crimes committed under the color of law, which is an open invitation for these agents to continue their criminal operations, knowing full well that they will be protected -- in many cases even after they leave the employ of the FBI -- as we recently saw with the FBI's covert interference in the murder trial of former FBI agent Lindley DeVecchio.

Since the introduction of the Patriot Act, fascist legislation which has been sold to the American people as being necessary in the PNAC/Bush Administrations' completely fraudulent "war on terror," the FBI, NSA, CIA and fairly recently created Department Of Homeland Security, have essentially been given Carte Blanche in which to viciously attack the rights of any American citizen, while that person's right to privacy and quiet enjoyment is completely disregarded.

When challenged on such outrageous conduct, these agencies either refuse to answer, or quickly label the citizens in question as domestic terrorists -- even though it is quite obvious that these citizens have no criminal histories, and most certainly no ties to any legitimate forms of terrorism.

It would seem that these agencies are now at a point where they hope to ride out these precedent setting and abhorrent witch hunts for as long as they can, until the American people become so enraged at such cruelty and abject violations of their rights, that they force the U.S. Congress and Justice Department to take aggressive action against the agencies themselves.

However, as a long-term target of COINTELPRO and non consensual human experimentation, I don't believe that attempting to reign these agencies in is the answer any longer, since such actions have never succeeded in making them or their agents accountable for their egregious abuses of power.

Instead, I believe that the only way in which to eradicate such vigilantism in these agencies, is to first repeal legislation which has enabled absolutely toxic organizations like the FBI, NSA and DHS to run roughshod over the inherent rights of the American people.

And the first piece of such legislation to go should be the fascist minded Patriot Act, which has given those within this government who have absolutely no respect for the rights of American citizens or the Constitutional rule of law, the ability to rule in what can only be defined as authoritarian ideology -- one which certainly has no place within the United States of America.

Once the Patriot Act is abolished, the American people can then set about the monumental task of restoring our country to its former glory as a Constitutional Republic. And in doing so, abolishing any federal organization which was not created by way of the U.S. Constitution.

The National Security Act has also been an abject deception of the American people, and as much of a congenital mistake as the U.S. Intelligence community itself, since each has been used to commit the most horrific crimes against myriad Americans. Amongst these crimes is U.S. Intel's pathological deception of the American citizenry, while instilling a fear in them which has been used to justify the existence of the National Security Act, Council and Intelligence community.

Through such evil machinations, the aforementioned have benefited demonstrably while the American people themselves, have unwittingly suffered the loss of their freedoms in ways that few are even informed enough to understand.

And it is this treasonous betrayal of the American people as a nation which remains both misunderstood and equally outrageous, that must be redressed. However, exactly how this precedent setting act of treason will be rectified remains to be seen. Yet, it is now quite clear that those who've committed such acts of treason are growing ever nearer to an abyss which they can no longer avoid.

FBI Again Ducks Public Forum

In the article which follows this post, we see that the FBI is complicit in covering up for the CIA's foreknowledge of events preceding the attacks on 9-11. You'll also notice in the article which follows this post, that the FBI agreed in principle to have two of its agents appear on a television broadcast in which to clear up the facts in the aforementioned situation, only to renege at the last minute.

Didn't the FBI do the same thing at the last minute, when it agreed to send agents to the "We The People Foundation's" symposium to determine whether or not there was an actual law which authorized the IRS to impose a tax on the wages of the American worker?

Yes, the FBI backed out there as well, because the agency has known all along that there is no such law and that throughout the past Century, it has willfully aided and abetted the criminal and "treasonous" actions of the privately held Federal Reserve System and its IRS bag man, in looting the U.S. Treasury of most of the American people's gold bullion, while propagating a counterfeiting fraud which is unprecedented.

The CIA's Aiding & Abetting Of Osama bin Ladin

Of course, we now know that in the Summer of 2001, just months before the attacks on 9-11, CIA operatives met with Osama bin Laden while he was recovering from kidney dialysis in a U.S. Hospital in the United Emirate of Dubai. Yet, instead of arresting bin Laden - an international fugitive at the time, the CIA ended its secretive meeting without taking him into custody.

Why didn't the CIA arrest Osama bin Ladin if he was an international fugitive?

Furthermore, just three months after this meeting, the Bush Administration was using the U.S. Media to demonize Osama bin Ladin and the Al Qaeda for committing the attacks on 9-11, even though the FBI has since claimed that it has never had any evidence that bin Ladin was a suspect in the 9-11-2001 attacks.

What is going on here? It would seem as though none of the federal agencies that should have had advanced intelligence in regard to these attacks can even get together on a plausible explanation for what really happened on 9-11, which is why a new investigation must be commenced as soon as possible.

Is it possible that the hierarchy of U.S. Intel was told to stand down for this black operation?

The deeper you go in this conspiratorial and treasonous fraud against the American people the more the entire situation stinks! Richard Behan's expose on the Unocal connection to the Taliban and General Dostrum of the Northern Alliance, gives us the real reasons for the PNAC/Bush Administration's attack on Afghanistan and Iraq; their inability to break Bridas Corporation's contract with the Taliban to build the Trans Afghanistan oil pipeline was the real reason for the attacks on 9-11.

Before 9-11, Argentina was going to control this oil pipeline, and the PNAC run puppet Bush Administration could not stand to lose this power base in Afghanistan, to Argentina. They were desperate, and their subsequent terrorist attacks on their own country remain as the most telling and disturbing evidence of this. This and the fact that the key members of the current Afghanistan government all have ties to the Unocal Corporation.

NSA Expositor James Bamford -- Insider Or Shill?

Americans must also carefully scrutinize the reports made by author James Bamford. Bamford, whose claim to fame is three books written about the extremely secretive activities occurring within the NSA, must also be treated with caution. The NSA can get to anyone, and given his celebrity as an expositor of NSA secrets, there can be little doubt that Bamford understands not to cross that invisible line that the NSA has drawn for him.

That is not to say that his books have not been useful in gaining some insights into the NSA's covert operations -- they have.

However, one must still be cautious in regard to his information, because it remains quite obvious to me that if Bamford had ever publicly revealed the NSA's radiation intelligence operations (remote neural monitoring/computer to brain link technology), that none of his books would likely have ever been written (or at least published by a reputable publishing company).

And given his talent as a researcher, it is also difficult for me to believe that Mr. Bamford has never read John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the NSA, in regard to its classified Signals Intelligence/ mind control research.

In my opinion, Bamford has created a synergistic relationship with the NSA, in much the way that reporter Bob Woodward has done with other Intel agencies, since becoming famous for his expose on Watergate. And these relationships have been very lucrative for both men in that while appearing to be insiders in their investigative books, they never quite get to the crux of what the American people should know about these organizations. And this omission is not accidental, for both Bamford and Woodward know that they can only go just so far in their investigations before they find themselves blackballed from their profession, as others who've crossed this line have found out the hard way in the past.

FBI Prevents Agents from Telling ‘Truth’ About 9/11 on PBS
October 2, 2008 by Philip Dru

The FBI has blocked two of its veteran counterterrorism agents from going public with accusations that the CIA deliberately withheld crucial intelligence before the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.

FBI Special Agents Mark Rossini and Douglas Miller have asked for permission to appear in an upcoming public television documentary, scheduled to air in January, on pre-9/11 rivalries between the CIA, FBI and National Security Agency.

The program is a spin-off from The Shadow Factory: The Ultra-Secret NSA from 9/11 to the Eavesdropping on America, by acclaimed investigative reporter James Bamford, due out in a matter of days.

The FBI denied Rossini and Miller permission to participate in the book or the PBS “NOVA” documentary, which is also being written and produced by Bamford, on grounds that the FBI “doesn’t want to stir up old conflicts with the CIA,” according to multiple reliable sources.

Bamford, contacted by phone, said he could not comment because his publisher has embargoed his new book for release around Oct. 10.

The author of two other ground-breaking books on the NSA, Bamford also said his general policy is not to discuss his negotiations for interviews with intelligence agencies.

Pre-9/11 intelligence mishaps have been generally attributed to bureaucratic screw-ups — a “failure to connect the dots,” exacerbated by spy agency rivalries.

But Rossini and Miller, who were assigned to the CIA-run Counterterrorist Center during the run-up to the 9/11 attacks, are prepared to describe on camera how the CIA blocked them from sharing crucial intelligence with FBI headquarters - and then later pressured them not to tell the truth to investigators.

The first allegation is not entirely new, having been reported by author Lawrence Wright in his 2006 book, The Looming Tower: Al Qaeda and the Road to 9/11, among other places.

But what is new is that Rossini and Miller — who still hold sensitive jobs in the FBI, and are identified here for the first time — are prepared to say publicly that, under pressure from the CIA, they kept the full the truth from the Justice Department’s Inspector General, which looked into the FBI’s handling of pre-9/11 intelligence in 2004.

“There was pressure on people not to disclose what really happened,” said sources close to the IG investigation.

Rossini, in particular, is said to have felt threatened that the CIA would have him prosecuted for violating the Intelligence Identities Protection Act if he told the IG investigators what really happened inside the CTC.

CIA officials were in the room when he and Miller, as well as a sympathetic CIA officer, were questioned.

The IG investigators showed them copies of CTC intelligence reports and e-mails.

But the FBI agents suddenly couldn’t remember details about who said what, or who reported what, to whom, about the presence of two al Qaeda agents in the U.S. prior to the 9/11 attacks,

The IG investigators were suspicious.

Indeed, their report, which used pseudonyms for the CIA and FBI agents its interviewed — Rossini and Miller were called “Malcolm” and “Dwight,” a CIA analyst was dubbed “Eric” — hinted at a cover-up.

“When we interviewed all of the individuals involved about the CIR [Current Intelligence Report] they asserted that they recalled nothing about it,” it said

The focus of the IG was what the CIA had witheld about the movement of two al Qaeda operatives, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, from Malaysia to the U.S. in early 2000.

Dwight told the OIG that he did not recall being aware of the information about Mihdhar, did not recall drafting the CIR, did not recall whether he drafted the CIR on his own initiative or at the direction of his supervisor, and did not recall any discussions about the reasons for delaying completion and dissemination of the CIR. Malcolm said he did not recall reviewing any of the cable traffic or any information regarding Hazmi and Mihdhar. Eric told the OIG that he did not recall the CIR.

Subsequently, Rossini and Miller were not subpoenaed by the 9/11 Commission to tell what they knew, even though sources say they were eager to do so.

But he and Miller did come clean during an internal FBI investigation, which remains under wraps.

Sources with direct knowledge of the FBI’s internal probe say that the agents provided the bureau with unadulterated versions of their CTC experiences, including orders they were given by the center’s then-Deputy Director, Tom Wilshire, to withhold intelligence about the movement of al Qaeda operatives into the country from the FBI.

When the agents asked permission to tell that same story on television, the FBI initially agreed, but then cancelled at the last moment, two sources involved in the deliberations said, with the explanation that it didn’t want to risk inflaming the CIA.

The FBI’s top spokesman, Assistant Director John Miller, did not address that issue directly.

But he said that the FBI had withheld permission for the agents to be named in various reports on 9/11 intelligence out of security and privacy concerns.

“These questions were examined extensively by several independent agencies and commissions,” he said via e-mail Wednesday.

“It was determined that the two FBI employees would not be named in those reports because they continue to hold sensitive positions in the FBI as well as Privacy Act issues regarding current and former personnel.”

Agent Douglas Miller has said that he doesn’t have “a rational answer” to explain why the CIA blocked him from sharing information with the bureau, particularly a report of such obvious magnitude about al Qaeda operatives in the U.S. He speculated that CIA officials at the CTC were annoyed that he had encroached on their territory.

A CIA spokesman, Paul Gimigliano, ridiculed the allegations.

“I have every reason–every reason–to believe that’s complete garbage,” he said in a brief telephone interview. “Not only did the 9/11 Commission look at the matter in detail, but former Director George Tenet wrote about it at some length in his book.”

But the Justice Department Inspector general contradicted Tenet’s assertion that the CIA shared its intelligence on al Qaeda operatives in a timely fashion with the FBI.

“We reviewed whether this information was in fact passed to the FBI by the CIA, and based on the evidence, concluded that while the CIA passed some of the information about Mihdhar to the FBI, it did not contemporaneously pass the information about Mihdhar’s U.S. visa to the FBI,” the IG report said.

“We concluded it was not disclosed by the CIA until late August 2001, shortly before the September 11 terrorist attacks.”

Another intelligence source said the CIA feared that if FBI headquarters learned of the suspects’ arrival in the U.S., it would try to arrest them — and bust up a sensitive CIA operation to penetrate al Qaeda.

Mihdhar and Hazmi were plotting an attack outside of the United States, the CIA believed, and wanted the FBI to stay clear of them.

“They said it has nothing to do with the FBI, the next attack will be in Southeast Asia,” said a source familiar with the details. “They said, ‘It’s none of your business.’”

Rossini and other FBI counterterrorism agents were furious, according to a knowledgeable source. The FBI is responsible for investigating domestic-based plots.

“They’re here!” Rossini protested to his CTC bosses. “It is FBI business.”

The IG report criticized Douglas Miller (”Dwight”) for not ignoring CIA objections and sending his crucially important report on Mihdhar to FBI headquarters.

But Miller, who held the relatively low rank of GS-12 at the time, told investigators that it was unthinkable for him to violate the orders of his CTC superiors. He would have been fired, “sent home,” he told them.

Miller would be happy to give CIA officials the benefit of the doubt in a television interview, he has told friends, conceding that there may have been good reasons for their decisions that he was not aware of.

He has described the CTC as place filled with dedicated professionals who were “America’s lowest paid professional workers on an hourly basis,” for all the pressure-packed time they spent trying to detect terrorist plots.

But unless the FBI changes its mind, he’ll have to keep that story to himself.
