The Injustices To Tax Protesters Ed And Elaine Brown Continue With A Further Conviction On 11 Additional Counts
You will notice the amusing statement at the end of the Department Of Justice Page which states that all defendants in the United States are considered innocent until proven guilty. However, this is no longer true in post 9-11 America where citizens are illegally spied upon by the Intelligence community, who sanction criminal behavior by groups of vigilantes who take part in the crime of organized stalking their victims, while egregiously violating every aspect of the Constitutional rule of law.
In the case of New Hampshire tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown, they were denied the due process of law in their tax evasion trial, since the judge who presided over their tax evasion case deliberately prevented them from admitting exculpatory evidence which would have proved that there have already been several precedents set by American citizens who've won their tax evasion cases in court.
They did so by having demonstrated to a jury that Supreme Court rulings dating back to the late 1800's and early part of the 20TH Century, determined that the wages of the American worker are to be considered private property, and thus non taxable.
However, the court system in the United States has been finding Americans who refuse to pay a federal income tax, guilty of tax evasion, based not on these Supreme Court rulings, but instead on lower court ruling, which must be in line with the Supreme Court rulings.
These lower court rulings are not in compliance with the Supreme Court, as they must by the Constitutional rule of law be, so these rulings are unconstitutional.
Therefore, the guilty verdicts of each American citizen who has been wrongfully convicted of tax evasion based on these lower court rulings should be thrown out.
The use of the lower court rulings in tax evasion cases is an intentional deception by the U.S. Congress as well as the privately held Federal Reserve System and Internal Revenue Service, in which to defraud the American middle class of a large percentage of their annual earnings.
As for Ed and Elaine Brown, their latest conviction on Eleven additional counts is yet another grievous injustice to their rights as American citizens. These convictions could well result with the Brown's being given life sentences, when in reality at their advanced ages, even a decade would be considered a life sentence to two hard working American citizens who've had everything they have worked for stolen from them by way of a system of injustice that cannot be ignored any longer.
It is not Ed and Elaine Brown who are the criminals here, but instead, the U.S. Federal Government, and the privately held Federal Reserve Central Bank and its collection bagman Internal Revenue Service.

Ed and Elaine Brown Convicted in Plot to Defend Themselves
Thursday, July 9, 2009
Infowars July 9, 2009
Tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown were convicted today on all counts “of plotting to kill federal agents during a nine-month standoff at their fort-like rural home, where they had holed up to avoid arrest on tax evasion,” the Associated Press is reporting.
Both face mandatory minimum 30-year prison sentences on that charge alone, amounting to a virtual death sentence for the Browns, who are in their 60s.
Ed Brown testified during the trial that the weapons in his home were for self-defense. Brown said he believed the government planned to kill him, a not unrealistic assumption considering government action against the Randy Weaver family at Ruby Ridge, the residents of Mount Carmel outside of Waco, Texas, and countless other people who have resisted the government.
“By rejecting the rule of the law and substituting a personal code involving weapons, explosives and threats, the defendants committed increasingly serious crimes,” acting U.S. Attorney Michael Gunnison said. “Their conduct has no place in a civil society.”
In other words, resisting a criminal tax confiscation system and responding to threats by heavily armed federal agents has no place in a “civil society.”
The Browns are scheduled to be sentenced to death on September 3.
