Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne States That Non lethal Weapons Should Be Tested On Civilians

Air Force Secretary, Michael Wynne, stated that military non-lethal weapons, such as microwave weapons, should be tested on the civilian population before being used on the battlefield.

Now it is this callous attitude by the US Federal Government and its armed forces and intelligence community which is responsible for the endless torture that all Americans targeted for directed energy weapons testing are experiencing in the present day. How dare Wynne state that American citizens should be used as unwitting non consensual human experimentees. Is Wynne so ignorant that is he does not even realize that there are laws preventing the use of non consensual human experimentation on American citizens?

Since he appears so gung-ho on using us as torture victims perhaps he would not mind exposing his own family and himself to these weapons? If this were the case and Wynne and his precious family were suddenly placed in jeopardy, you can damn well bet that he would suddenly have a change of heart in regard to the illegal use of these weapons on unwitting Americans.

Unfortunately, given the complete stonewalling that all TI's have gotten when they complain about being attacked by directed energy weapons, it's clear that Wynne is not alone in his opinion and that those operating within the US armed forces and intelligence community believe that it is OK to test these weapons on their own citizens -- a testament to just how mentally ill these government officials are.
