Brighting Tactics Used By Gangstalkers

Brighting is a gangstalking term which refers to a stalker using their headlights to send some type of message of intimidation to a Targeted Individual. There are many ways in which these headlights can be used to do this, including following a person with highbeams on, even when the person is driving during the daytime (there can be hundreds of gangstalkers following a TI in this way when the TI leaves their home -- they will continue to do so until the TI reaches their destination and pickup again as soon as the TI gets back in their automobile).

Another type of brighting tactic is for gang stalking groups to shine the headlights of their cars at the home of the TI - many times right into the bedroom window of the TI. I have had this happen many times over the past 3 years.

11 Wenwood Drive, Brookville, NY 11545 has been used by the stalkers for more than 3 years in my harassment, and this brighting tactic has been a common one there. I have documented it with some photos which I took earlier this evening.

The owner, one Howard Zwilling, has taken part in this harassment from early on. These people are committing criminal activity. And even though their part in this stalking is minimal, by doing so they have been duped into taking part in a criminal conspiracy. Note that Howard's wife will many times be parked just around the curve by their home and immediately pull into her driveway when I approach a bedroom window which faces in their direction.

This has happened a myriad of times and is not at all coincidental. They are obviously watching me within the privacy of my own home or in touch with someone who is. Theer is no way that they would be able to get this timing of my movements down this way unless they could see me within my own home. And if they are watching me within the privacy of my own home these people are not just taking part in gangstalking, they are also perverts. Up until three years ago, this was a nice quiet neighborhood until the FBI demonized me to my neighbors. Prior to that I had never had a problem with them. However, since the FBI & DHS attack on my person, these people have done nothing but take part in stalking me day and night and created a living hell for my Family and me to live in. Note that the ring leaders here appear to be professional gangstalkers who have taken up residence at 23 Wenwood Drive, Brookville NY. 11545

The precursor to all of this harassment began roughly 25 years ago when an FBI agent by the name of Raymond Migliore had me placed in the NSA's remote neural monitoring program, using the Bureau to wage his own personal vendetta on me. Since then I have been illegally spied on within the privacy of my own home (including my bathroom and bedroom) and everywhere else I have gone.

Migliore is a thug who has taken out an installment plan on my harassment, which he is eventually going to have to pay for with some very significant consequences to himself.

He has hurt alot of people in his quest to attack me, and cannot be allowed to get away with it. The FBI has pulled this crap with a lot of people over the years and intimidated those they attacked into not coming forward. But not this time around. It's time that the FBI began paying for the awful crimes that it has been perpetrating against the American people since its criminal inception in 1908.


Typical FBI COINTELPRO tactics: If they are not breaking the law, violating Civil Rights or causing serious problems to Americans, they just wouldn't be the FBI.

Stalker just sitting at 11 Wenwood Dr. waiting for instructions Shortly after this he put his turn signal on (a common stalking tactic) after a minute or so brighting, left the neighborhood.

Either this person returned shortly afterwards or someother stalker did. Three trips were made into the driveway over a 20 or so minute period and then, perhaps because I was taking photos they did not return. Like I have said my gang stalkers are very camera shy.
