The 1997 Movie "Vanishing Point" Is Another Instance Of Art Imitating Life - This Movie Could Not Be Made In Post 9-11 America

Editor's Note: In the 1997 remake of the 1971 movie Vanishing Point, the underlying theme of the movie is how the United States of America is being turned into a police state. Among the many pieces of information mentioned in the movie is how the federal income tax is illegal, because the **16Th Amendment was never legally ratified. In post 9-11 America, a movie like this can no longer be produced in Hollywood, because it would be labeled as subversive.

This is how Orwellian the United States has become over the past decade and a half, where no one in the U.S. media will even dare to challenge the status quo for fear of losing their employment, or even worse, being targeted for the destruction of their lives. "Vanishing Point" also portrays the FBI as an extremely corrupt organization whose agents are not only cowardly and without any honor, but devoid of any conscience in regard to the horrific acts which they perpetrate.

** In 1995 a former IRS agent by the name of Bill Benson went to the trouble of researching the history of the 16Th Amendment. He traveled to the 48 contiguous states to gather what has now become officially notarized documentation which conclusively proves that the 16Th Amendment never received the necessary votes to pass it into law, yet the U.S. Congress decided to ratify the 16Th Amendment in spite of this, committing yet another of its treasonous acts.

Initially, Benson was setup on fraudulent charges and when they could not be used to silence him, Benson was offered a bribe by the IRS to reveal precisely where he had found his information regarding the 16TH Amendment.

When Benson refused to accept the bribe, and it became clear that the IRS blackmail and bribery schemes against him had failed, the IRS enlisted a corrupt judge to censure Benson, thereby preventing him from circulating his information to the public. However, by then the damage had been done, since enough people had learned that Bill Benson had told the truth about the 16Th Amendment being illegally ratified, and that the IRS which was created as a result of the 16Th Amendment has no legal standing in the United States. The IRS has attempted to debunk the research that Benson has compiled, yet failed to do so.

This judge's ruling is clearly being used to protect the IRS' own outrageous criminality against the American middle class, who continue to be robbed of their wealth through a system of taxation that has always been illegal, and used as a furtive form of class warfare against middle class Americans.

Moreover, the judge's refusal to ignore Benson's exculpatory evidence which proves that the 16Th Amendment was never legally ratified is itself an egregious miscarriage of the judicial system, and proof that our judicial system has been completely corrupted in the interests of protecting the Federal Reserve System's counterfeiting and laundering enterprise.

"On January 10, 2008, the Federal District Court in Chicago issued a permanent injunction against Bill Benson on the grounds that by offering information demonstrating that the 16th Amendment was not legally ratified, he was promoting an abusive tax shelter. The Court then refused to look at the government-certified documentary evidence, deciding instead that the facts necessary to prove his statements true were 'irrelevant.'

What has America come to when the government we created to protect our rights can accuse us of lying and then prohibit us from presenting a defense in a court of law?"

And since the ruling by this judge was a clear violation of Benson's 1St Amendment rights to freedom of expression, and since Benson was denied his constitutional right to due process of law under the 6Th Amendment, by being denied the right to enter into evidence the documentation that supports his allegation that the U.S. Congress illegally ratified the 16Th Amendment in 1913, Americans should demand that the judge involved in Benson's censuring be forced to rescind his decision, thus making Benson's book: "The Law That Never Was" available to the general public.

Over the past few years, the U.S. Courts have ruled against the IRS several times when it became clear that the IRS was involved in the commission of fraud. The judge in the Benson case is also guilty of committing fraud, in that he must have read the contents of "The Law That Never Was," understood that the 16Th Amendment was in fact never legally ratified, and instead of enabling Benson to promulgate this information, intentionally prevented him from doing so to the detriment of the American taxpayer.

Just as the IRS used this judge to pervert the criminal justice system, the U.S. Intelligence community used Judge Stanley Sporkin to dismiss John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the National Security Agency, in the interests of preventing the American people from learning about the NSA's domestic spy program, and the use of its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, as part of a national brain fingerprinting program in the United States.

How can the American people protect themselves from the crimes perpetrated against them by the alphabet agencies, when these organizations control the criminal justice system in the United States, and threaten any U.S. Judge who refuses to be bullied by them?

These programs will be used to eliminate billions of men, women and children in a plausibly deniable way, unless they are alerted to these crimes so that they can ban together in a collaborative effort to expose this new world order agenda, and to face this world government through a peaceful and enduring campaign of non cooperation.

This is the only logical means which can be used to effectively combat those who have deceived the global populous, in efforts to disenfranchise them of the inherent rights that they have as inhabitants of this planet.

Yesterday morning on CBS Sunday Morning, actor/economist Ben Stein made a statement that illustrates the Federal Reserve System's powerful influence over the U.S. Media. Stein was critical of Texas Governor, Rick Perry's statement that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke acted treasonously in his recent issuing of billions more dollars into the U.S. economy. As an economist, Stein is certainly aware that the Federal Reserve System's creation of currency based on nothing of intrinsic value makes the currency worthless. And moreover, that since Federal Reserve Notes are inherently worthless, the American people have been tricked into using these notes as legal tender, which has only served to make the American people unwitting pawns in this laundering of the Federal Reserve System's bogus currency.
