If the NSA is authorized by an executive order to spy domestically (an egregious violation of the 4TH Amendment, and in violation of the NSA's own legislative charter), which EO authorizes it to do so?
In all likelihood, it is Executive Order 12333 passed in 1981 under the Reagan/Bush Administration (and revised under the Bush 43 Administration to become even more intrusive), which authorized the U.S. Intelligence community to conduct the most precedent setting spying of Americans in United States history.
