One Count Of Criminal Menace Can Get A Convicted Person Between 2 to 8 years In Prison - Organized Stalkers Commit Such Crimes Dozens Of Times A Day
Was actor Charlie Sheen provoked into a domestic dispute as payback for stating that the terrorist attacks on 9-11-2001 could have been an inside job? The recent criminal charges against him now give those who would choose to punish Sheen for his comments regarding these attacks, an opportunity in which to do so.
As for the charge of menace which he is accused of, the organized stalkers who have been targeting this author and his Family for years commit such crimes on a daily basis, and a myriad of times each day. Yet, they remain invulnerable to prosecution, under the military intelligence dictatorship which controls the U.S. Federal Government. A furtive dictatorship which has destroyed the United States Constitution, and has set in motion the most complex and nefarious deception in American history. The most pertinent evidence regarding this mass deception is that any government official who attempts to speak out in regard to the attacks on 9-11 being a criminal conspiracy (orchestrated from within the U.S. Federal Government), faces the loss of their jobs, public censure, and being ostracized for their candor.

No decision on Sheen charges likely until February
Dec 28, 11:57 AM (ET)
ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Prosecutors say they probably won't decide until February whether to file charges against actor Charlie Sheen in an alleged domestic violence case in Aspen.
"Sheen was arrested Christmas Day on suspicion of menacing, second-degree assault and criminal mischief. Authorities haven't identified the alleged victim.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin said Monday the menacing charge is the most serious, usually carrying a sentence of two to eight years in prison and a fine of $2,000 to $500,000.
Mordkin says Sheen's next court appearance is Feb. 8, and no decision on whether to prosecute him is expected until shortly before that.
The 44-year-old star of "Two and a Half Men" is free on $8,500 bond. His lawyer didn't immediately return a call Monday."
