Conspiracy Against Rights/Deprivation Of Rights Under The Color Of Law -- Why Are FBI Agents Immune From Prosecution When Committing Such Crimes?
As I have said a myriad of times in the past, the NSA has electronically brain fingerprinted the American citizenry, and must be held accountable for having done so.
"(A former NSA analyst has revealed that journalists nationwide have been subject to 24/7 surveillance, a claim to which this reporter can attest).
A nationwide GPS satellite tracking network has been made available to "community gang stalkers" who hide behind federal-and county-funded volunteer organizations and public safety agencies such as fire departments and police auxiliaries.
These organizations provide taxpayer-funded vehicles and gasoline to a squad of hundreds of vigilante volunteers, who seem to delight in "swarming the target" when signaled from a secreted GPS device planted in their vehicles shows up in the so-called "crown of evil" GPS video screen of the stalkers.
Some stalkers *cause auto accidents and attempt to provoke confrontations that will draw police attention. The apparent motive: to portray the persecuted as mentally unbalanced.
This vehicle stalking causes a public safety hazard as vigilante squads violate the civil and human rights of their prey -- many, if not most, of whom are upstanding citizens who were wrongly or maliciously targeted."
*In regard to what Vic Livingston has written here, I have been targeted for such auto accidents on myriad occasions since 1985. Since that time at least five auto accidents have been caused by FBI provocateurs, in which our vehicles were always either hit from behind, or from a blind spot in which the perpetrators of these crimes were able to crash into our vehicles without giving us any warning that an accident was about to occur. The COINTELPRO harassment of this author, unlike many other targets of organized stalking, began long before 9-11 and the Patriot Act.
It was the last such "accident" which motivated me to begin journaling about my experiences as a target of government sanctioned organized stalking. A situation in which while waiting at a traffic light, my motorcycle was deliberately crashed into by an organized stalker (FBI provocateur) who was driving a large dark colored sedan. This aggressive attack can clearly be defined not only as a color of law crime, but also as an assault with a deadly weapon, since the driver of the automobile's intention was to physically harm this author by crashing his vehicle into the author's motorcycle.
Agencies like the FBI also use such situations in an attempt in which to entrap the target into committing insurance fraud, by having the insurer mail more than one check for an insurance claim to the target. This is done by the FBI in an attempt to have the target deposit both checks in their bank account. Once this occurs, the FBI can then claim that the target committed insurance fraud, even though it was the FBI who deliberately orchestrated the mailing of both checks.
The FBI can also claim that the target was attempting to launder money through their own bank account. However, consider that the checks are made out to the target, and that it is the FBI who is actually using the U.S. Postal System in which to perpetrate this crime. The insurance company which the FBI uses is also complicit in this fraud. And in reality, it's both the FBI and the insurance company of the target, who are committing mail fraud here - a textbook case of entrapment and an excellent example of the types of color of law crimes that the FBI is notorious for committing.
Moreover, the fact that the FBI would deliberately *cause an auto accident says quite a bit about the horrifying and murderous mindset of these agents. Those who routinely drive their victims to suicide through the continued use of psychological operations.
*In carrying out such a covert operation, an FBI provocateur will not always crash their vehicle into the one driven by the target. They will oftentimes strategically place their vehicle in a location in which the target may in fact instead hit the FBI vehicle. For instance, stalking the target in a crowded parking lot and waiting for the target to pull out from their parking space. As the target is pulling out of their parking space, the FBI vehicle is quickly moved into position in the path of the reversing vehicle, whose driver has been momentarily distracted by another car horn or some other aural occurence perpetrated by the FBI. It is in this split second that the target will momentarily lose concentration, and back into the FBI vehicle, completely unaware that they were setup in a very well planned collision.
The target will repeatedly revisit the collision in their mind, attempting to understand how it was that the other vehicle seemed to show up out of nowhere.
Moreover, one can only wonder how many times a target will be stalked by an FBI chase vehicle before the perfect opportunity in which to entrap the target in such a way presents itself. However, this is typical of the scheming mindset of FBI agents, who have no compunction about violating the rights of the persons whom they target, and conveniently fabricating information which serves the Bureau's criminal intentions. A cell of such agents will plan their days around the person whom they are targeting, while the target has no idea that they are being stalked in such ways.
And Heaven help the target if the situation is a personal one, in which a federal agent seeks to use their position within the FBI to wage their own personal vendetta (a common problem with in the FBI). In such color of law crimes, the constitutional rule of law will not only be completely absent, but the damage done by such a criminal agent to both the life of the target, as well the collateral damage to the target's family and friends will be absolutely devastating to all involved.
FBI agents regularly commit crimes under Title 18 United States Code Sections 241 and 242, yet seldom if ever are these agents indicted for these crimes. As a target of some of the most egregious violations of civil liberties in regard to U.S.C. Title 18, Sections 241 & 242, I understand as well as anyone why agencies like the FBI must be held accountable for these crimes. Failure to do so will only allow this Americanized version of the Gestapo to continue to perpetrate such crimes while torturing and murdering innocent American citizens.
The FBI, like the rest of its Intel peers, must be held accountable for its crimes against the U.S. Constitution and American people. Continued failure by the Department Of Justice and United States Congress to hold these agents accountable for their crimes will eventually lead to civil uprisings in order reestablish the constitutional rule of law in the United States.
If the situation continues as it now stands, and the FBI is allowed to commit such further abuses, both the Department of Justice and United States Congress will have themselves to blame for what they have wrought, in a future characterized by civil disobedience. The FBI's treasonous abuses have become so outrageous that only those completely ignorant of the FBI's history of anti-Americanism and criminal behavior could ever possibly consider this organization to be legitimate law enforcement.
The FBI exists to violate the constitutional rights of the American citizenry - in particular the middle class.
The following quote should also be noted in regard to those who under the purview of the FBI use their own private vehicles in which to secretively take part in organized stalking crimes against American citizens targeted for such COINTELPRO operations:
