The following Website gives basic information in regard to filing an FOIA request with federal agencies of the US Government. If you are being harassed by a government agency, you have the right as an American citizen to know why. You also have a Constitutional right to know if agencies such as the FBI have a file on you. And in this day and age the chances are that virtually everyone in the United States is on file with the FBI. You should also be aware that the US Federal Government rarely adheres to its own time related statutes and that it may take much longer for them to respond to your requests -- if they respond at all.
