Since those who stalk the *TI basically operate in an identical way to FBI Vehicle Surveillance Teams, this author believes that it's important as a TI to alert the general public to exactly how organized stalkers function, since they violate your Civil Rights by doing what they do.

* TI is short for Targeted Individual - a group of men, women and children from around this planet who are being targeted for the non consensual human experimentation as well as the vigilante hate crime of organized stalking.

The organized stalking which is being reported throughout the United States is being orchestrated through a national network of fusion centers, which have become the modern day equivalent of Hitler's Gestapo.

Simply put, fusion centers are spying on all Americans, gathering information as part of the dossiers that the U.S. Federal Government is compiling on us based on the fraudulent war on terror. And anyone who believes the official account of what occurred on 9-11-2001 is brainwashed, given the compelling evidence which now supports these attacks being an inside job, perpetrated by factions within the U.S. Federal Government.

When this author began to research who was stalking me I came across a Website put together by a former FBI agent who, disgusted with the FBI's despicable tactics, decided to get even by writing some articles on how the FBI uses these tactics to stalk innocent citizens.

Remember that if you have not been convicted of a crime you are considered by law to be innocent until proven guilty. So if you are driving along and the FBI is following you around, they are violating your Civil Rights under the 4Th, 5Th and 6Th Amendments.

Because of this it's important for you to understand how these vehicle surveillance teams operate. And since organized stalkers operate in the exact same way as FBI vehicle surveillance teams, the tutorials that this former agent (Lee Adams) has put together will be helpful in both situations.
